RBL Cafe

Visiting coffee shops is a must during a holiday trip, and Tokyo is plenty of them. Located in the Setagaya District, the Reference Book Library (RBL) Cafe is the place to have a coffee, a latte or a cappuccino while reading one of the many books collected from the shelves covering the walls. And, of course, you can also cycle in front of its window and give a touch of a movement to a photo; as long as the photographer is capable of holding still the camera while shooting at a speed of 1/40 seconds.
